- How do I use VAVANA car vent fragrances?
- Simply take it out of the package and attach it to your car's air vent. Then sit back and enjoy the VAVANA scent.
- Does the ventilation or heat need to be on for car vent fragrances to work?
- All car vent fragrances work better when air flows over the product. Generally speaking, the warmer the air and the stronger the flow, the stronger the scent release.
- What if I don't use the AC or heat in my car?
- You can attach it to the left/right vents and use the airflow coming from the windows.
- Do car vent fragrances fit all car air vents?
- Our products are made of flexible plastic and vent clips that fit most car air vents. Press firmly, but do not force the vent louvers.
- How long do VAVANA car vent fragrances last?
- Our car vent fragrances provide a fresh scent for up to 90 days.
- The scent I bought is too strong for me. What can I do?
- Our car vent fragrances can scent your car for up to two weeks even without AC or heat flow. You can leave it open in an open space so the scent loses strength until it reaches a level that suits you.
- Why can't I smell my car vent fragrance?
- In the rare cases where you can't smell your car vent fragrance, there may be a few possibilities, such as:
- The scented part melts and shrinks due to high heat from the sun.
- The AC airflow is very cold, which makes the scent less diffused.
- The car itself has another strong smell, such as leather seats. (In this case, please use an additional fragrance.)
- When people say they love your fragrance but you can't smell it? This phenomenon goes by many names, such as olfactory fatigue or nose blindness. Simply put, nose blindness is your body naturally becoming desensitized to the same scents over time. To overcome it, we recommend trying different scents from time to time.
- How can I make my car vent fragrance last longer?
- Make sure to turn on the AC or heat when using our car vent fragrance, and do not leave it in the sun on very hot summer days.
- How long do VAVANA car vent fragrances last unopened?
- Unopened, they can last for many years.
- Are refills available for my VAVANA® products?
- Yes, they are available on our website, vavana.com.
- I care about sustainability. Are VAVANA® products recyclable?
- Many elements of VAVANA products and their packaging are recyclable. You can contact your nearest recycling center about this.
- Can I use car vent fragrances in my home?
- Yes! Although they are primarily designed for use in the car, they can also be used to scent small spaces and closets at home.
- What other scents do you have and how can I smell them?
- You can see the details of our other scents on our website, vavana.com, and smell them by purchasing our scent testers.
- Are VAVANA® products safe for my family?
- YOU AND YOUR LOVED ONES ARE SAFE! At Vavana, we have not used any synthetic direct carcinogenic raw materials in our fragrance oils, not even at the permitted usage levels listed in CA Prop 65 (as of February 25, 2022) and the European Chemicals Agency CLP regulations. We also follow the latest guidelines of the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) (50th Amendment). That is why, with the right formulation, our fragrance oils can even be used as an Eau de Parfum.
