I'd mentioned that the product that arrived was open and half of it had spilled. Two days later the seller called me and was genuinely a very sweet person. They were very sorry the product had arrived open, and because customer satisfaction is very important to them they said they wanted to send me a new product again, and they sent me a new one. The product that arrived was packaged very well. I thank them for being someone who thinks so well about customer satisfaction.
